the pursuit of curiosity

I am a 22 year old mixed-media artist and interdisciplinary designer from Atlanta, Georgia. I am currently completing a bachelor of science degree in Design + Environmental Analysis with a minor in Fine Arts at Cornell University.

My creative interests have been fluid ever since I was a child. From studying ballet at 6 years old to interior design at 18 years old, plus a decade of choral music in between, I've always attempted to learn a new creative skill at every turn. Currently, I'm tackling the arts of crochet, oil painting, and songwriting.

I aim to reflect this creative spirit in my professional work by merging the worlds of art and design: two similar fields that often seem at odds. I achieve this by maintaining a design influence in my personal drawing/painting style, implementing fine art elements into interior design concepts, and maintaining an artist's sense of playfulness and curiosity in my graphics.

I will continue to expand my creative skillset for the rest of my life. As for now, I allow each of my experiences to dance throughout my work. Never confining myself to one field or medium, my curiosity drives my creations.
